Where does my mattress ship from?
Directly from the manufacturer. Minutes after you order, Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, or Stearns & Foster gets to work building and shipping your mattress fresh from their factory. It is never warehoused by a middleman.
How much is shipping?
Delivery is free on qualifying orders over $199. Any delivery details specific to your order appear at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking by email as soon as the manufacturer ships your order. If you have not received tracking and want an update, email
care@shopsleepology.com with your order number.
Trial, returns & exchanges
How does the 100-night sleep trial work?
Qualifying mattresses come with 100 nights to decide at home. Sleep on it for at least 40 nights so it can break in, and if it is still not right, contact us for an exchange or return. Full details on the

Why is there a 40-night minimum?
A new mattress softens slightly as its comfort layers break in, and your body needs time to adjust after years on an old bed. Most people who feel unsure at night 10 are happy at night 40, which is why the minimum exists.
What happens to returned mattresses?
Returned mattresses in donatable condition are donated to families in need through 501(c)(3) organizations. They are not restocked or resold.

What is the Price Predictor™ Guarantee?
Our pricing technology tracks the market so you do not have to comparison shop. If you find your mattress advertised for less within 30 days of your purchase, we double the difference back to you.
Do you run sales?
Yes, we run promotions around major mattress sale events. But because of the Price Predictor Guarantee you never need to time your purchase: if the price drops within 30 days of buying, you are covered for double the difference.

Do you offer financing?
Yes, through

Is there a warranty?
Yes. Mattresses carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically 10 years. Warranty documents for your product are linked on its product page.
Do I need a mattress protector?
We strongly recommend one. A waterproof protector guards against spills and accidents that can void a manufacturer warranty, and it keeps allergens out. See our
protector collection.
How do I choose the right feel?
