Sleep on it

Give it at least 40 nights. New mattresses take time to break in, and your body takes time to adjust. Most people fall in love in week three.

STEP 3

Love it or we make it right

Still not right after 40 nights? Contact us within your 100 nights and we will work with you on an exchange or return.

The fine print, in plain English

  • The trial applies to qualifying mattresses; eligibility is shown on the product page.
  • The 40-night minimum exists because real adjustment takes weeks, and most sleepers who wait end up keeping their mattress.
  • Exchanges are usually the fastest fix: too firm or too soft is often solved by switching feels within the same line.
  • Returned mattresses in donatable condition are given to families in need through 501(c)(3) partners, not resold. More on that here.
  • For pillows, sheets, protectors, and other accessories, email us and we will sort it out fairly and quickly.
